hello everydody,
I am new to variable star photometry. about a month ago i observed iota bootes and send my observations to aavso. its not yet accepted in their parmanent database. i can find it in quick look section but not in generate a light curve section. how much time does it takes for our data to go to permanent database??
i am asking this because it is my first time and i want to know if my readings are right.. do they inform us if we make an error and our data gets rejected?? also i could not find any other observations of iota bootes on aavso website. this is strange because it is a fairly common and easy to observe star. i tried finding it with all possible names(i.e HD,HR. 44 bootes etc)
  regards
  Trupti
