Hello Everyone, I need to enlist the help of AAVSO observers so to
constrain the parameters of an NSV detected in the fov of MV Lyr (
http://www.aavso.org/pipermail/aavso-photometry/2005-November/001981.html
). Chances are, if you observed the variable, the star in question may
be in the fov. The NSV is a mere 5' from MV Lyr, at coordinates of
J2000 19 06 46.82 +44 01 46.5, while the preferred reference star to be
used is at J2000 19 07 02.02 +44 01 53.4 (V=12.518, Henden &
Honeycutt). If the NSV is indeed within your fov, it would be very much
appreciated if you could forward a text of the observations with columns
JD & Mag. I have noticed that observers with the following codes: PYG
and MUY, have consistently observed MV Lyr. If you know who these
individuals are, could you forward me their e-mails, or perhaps send
them this message if they are not active members of the list.
Thanks,
Dan.
