[Aavso-photometry] DST Warning

Just in case you have your imaging computer on local time and are going through the 
night, don't forget that DST ends in the U.S. Sunday morning at 2AM local.

Many a run has been ruined because the controlling software didn't handle DST 
correctly. Suddenly gotos are 15° off and the 50th image in that rapid sequence has a 
time-stamp before the first image.
