[Aavso-photometry] PCObs and Webobs magnitude's decimal place difference

Hi all,

I am using PCObs to enter my observations to AAVSO.
PCObs doesnt let you to enter magnitudes to 3 decimal
places. On the other hand, I am seeing others sending
magnitudes with 3 decimal places. Most probably they
use Webobs to do that. Is there any way to do that
with PCObs too?
