[Aavso-photometry] PCObs and Webobs magnitude's decimal place difference

 WebObs does support 3 decimals for CCD observers. Just check a Quick Look query of SS Cyg for 
an example of tons of 3 decimal CCD obs. 

 Len's reply is due to the fact that the next version of PCObs is likely only going to be for 
visual observers. CCD observers will have to use WebObs or send their observations by e-mail. 
Almost all major CCD photometry software vendors have agreed to support a new format for CCD 
observations which we have created. This means that you'll be able to just e-mail us a file that 
your CCD photometry software creates (or upload it via WebObs). You won't have to re-enter the 
data into another program, spreadsheet, WebObs form, etc. (But the option to enter CCD obs 
one-by-one will still exist in WebObs, just not in PCObs.) More details on this will come when 
the formats are announced by Arne very, very soon.
