PCObs is designed primarily for visual observations, not
CCD observations. For CCD, we recommend either using
the WebObs single-observation input, or else using one
of the supported file formats for upload. Coming soon
will be an AAVSO standard file format that major software
vendors have promised to support. We'll make that announcement
shortly. All WebObs and supported file formats will allow
3-decimal-place entry for CCD observations.
