[Aavso-photometry] Ensemble Photometry - Revised

As Arne pointed out "The devil lies in the details....
There are multiple methods of creating such an
ensemble solution...."

While not a primer on ensemble photometry, and
possibly not even very "scientific" in it's
presentation,  if you do have an interest I did write
a  ~13 page  "paper" presenting three different
approaches to the ensemble solution, about two years
ago,  just FYI.

While some of the "SUM" formula solutions may not be
immediately obvious to all readers they are pretty
much broken down with examples which enables them to
be readily understood.
