[Aavso-photometry] Ensemble Options - Re-Send

Hi Tim,

Thank you for posting your paper on ensemble photometry.  I especially liked
your summary comparing the differences in the methods and the circumstances
that each might be best used.  So far I've been experimenting with the
"master comparison star" method, but will try the other methods as well.
