Actually, I think (hope) that the problem can be fixed at the AAVSO end.
The problem is that CCDSoft reports the time at the beginning of the
exposure instead of the middle. All past CCDSoft observations in the
International Database will have to be corrected by adding 1/2 the
exposure time to the archived times.
