[Aavso-photometry] Using the Variable Star Ploter and Special Notice #72

I'd liked to have a go at observing the target in Special Notice #72, since it's
declination falls within my observable region of the sky.

I can get a star chart in VSP if I use the RA and Dec coordinates supplied in
#72. However, if I copy and paste the AAVSO designations "0228-37  RXSJ023238"
into VSP I don't get a result.

Is this just a matter of the designation not yet being included in the VSP
database, or am I doing something wrong? I've tried "0228-37" and "RXSJ023238"
separately and together.
