Bob,
Foremost, Congradulations on getting up and going and
contributing to the DB!
For me, the easy way, as you also mentioned, is to
simply copy the data from the Blue&Gold: Select "How
many OBS in DB" then "DL all my obs from the DB " from
time to time.
I copy and paste to a notepad from the Webobs file
then import into a SS.... where I can then sort the
data anyway I want to. I also find it handy to
convert the JD date back into UT time on the SS as my
images and photometry reduction data is stored in UT
dated folders, for each session, on my hard drives.
For the short term, I simply print out a copy of the
obs submitted per session so I can better track of
priorities on my obs list.
One problem for the future for a lot of us is that
their is a ceiling around 64,000 or 65,000 rows with
Excel, as far as I know.
