[Aavso-photometry] Magplot

Hi Laurent

This might be a Locale (regional settings) issue that is present
with all of Lenny's software.
The only way I found to resolve these was to create an additional
user that has its default Locale set to EN, log in as this user and
use the software just then. Switching just the Local of the program
when logged in as a non-EN Locale user didn't resolve the issues.

Let me and Lenny know if this helped.
