WebObs Batch Upload really rocks today!

I just uploaded 11 batches with a total of 431
observations [V455 And]

I was able, for the first time in memory, to load all
11 batches in the same session and it was FAST.

Usually, it would have taken me 3 to 6 logins
(depending upon response speed and aborts) to upload
the same data.

I presume that the DB shutdown had much to do with
this vast improvement.

Kudos’ to those involved.
