Hi Kate,
We are still working on the next release.  There are several fields
where comp stars existed on the old charts, but which somehow were
not in the compstar database that was loaded into VSP.  We haven't
solved the problem yet, but when we do, the last upload will take
place and I'll announce it on the maillist.  After that, we will be
making some individual changes (fixing some of the obvious errors
like blended star magnitudes) and then request that observers
start using the new charts.  I think it will be a couple of weeks yet.

I'm sorry for the delay, but this is an important release and I want
to make sure it is as complete as possible.
