Hi Lionel,

Yes, we were having problems with the data download program. It has now 
been fixed and the program is online with most functionality restored. 
The only difference right now is that there is no "VOTable format" as an 
option for your output. We are still working to restore that feature. We 
wanted to get the main functionality working for most people first.

Please let me know if you have any problems using the program or any 
questions.
