[Aavso-photometry] The first Stellar Study project: QX Pup

I think I mentioned a few months ago that I was going to
run some campaigns in 2008 that were designed to be fun
while at the same time were educational.  The first of
these is a study of the mira variable, QX Pup, and related
nearby objects.  Kate has created a nice web page
from my hen-scratchings:

This object is well-placed for the next few months, and
observable from both hemispheres, so I hope it will be
interesting.  This is the first of these multi-pronged
projects, and I expect some startup glitches, but bear
with me and let's see if we can all have some fun!
