[Aavso-photometry] Comparison Star Database

I am aware of the .dat and .seq file in ftp://ftp.aavso.org/public/calib/,
but as far as I know, this is not the same thing as the AAVSO
International Comparison Star Database (in particular, there is no
AUID).
