[Aavso-photometry] Understanding Variable Stars

Hi Steve,

I think another good choice could be G. North's and N. James book 
"Observing Variable Stars, Novae, and Supernovae" (CAMBRIDGE UNIV PR 
2004). The second part of the book describes various variables.
