[Aavso-photometry] FITS Keyword standard

This is what I do. I don't run them through a separate script.

As a side note, in general we want to get our FITS images into a  
"real" decimal format for processing anyway, so it doesn't hurt to  
read in your 16-bit integer FITS files, clean 'em up and output 32-bit  
"real" files.
