I believe what you are looking for relates to the Chart Plotter. When
you request a chart to be printed you have the option to have the
magnitudes of reference stars printed (they will be marked on the chart
by a decimal-less number which is your index into the table). This is
certainly valuable (necessary?) for CCD observers as the magnitudes are
usually given to three places and the values in different filter bands
are also given - way too much info to include on the chart itself.
