[Aavso-photometry] CCD Observer Award Structure

Dear All,
        seperating the visual and CCD totals sounds reasonable to me.  I would keep the same award levels for those observers (such as myself) that are not as efficent or automated as the high-end performers.  Observing is a personal effort on my part.  I am consistently comparing my present performance to my past performance.  When the observer total come out then I do a quick comparison as to where I stand with others, but it does not alter my feeling at all about my effort.  I don't begrudge the high end performers their totals.  If they made the sacrifice or effort to do what is necessary to get those totals then they should receive the recognition.
