50 mm Camera Lens Photometry

Progress has been made using a 50 mm camera lens at f/4.0 with a DSI
Pro CCD camera (with a Mogg adapter) for successfully imaging epsilon
and lambda Aurigae (in the same image) in the BVRI bands. Initial
data spread (SD) of 3 sets of observations in each band indicated
0.01 magnitude should be achievable. Further experimentation is
planned as soon as the sky clears. The details of this project will
be published on the web.

The Epsilon Aurigae 2009 Campaign Newsletter #3 is ready and has been
sent to those who have expressed an interest in the Campaign. If
anyone else would like a copy, just let me know. It will also be
posted shortly on the Campaign web sit along with Newsletters #1 and
#2 that are already there.

For those interested in single channel photon counting, I have
received request for some of the key printed wiring boards. Anyone
interested, please contact me.
