[Aavso-photometry] [AAVSO-DIS] New AAVSO submission formats and changes

What am I missing?  I went to upload some results from last night using 
the old format.  I clicked on the link to upload file under the old 
format and got the submission form but no place to actually identify and 
upload my data file.

I peeked at the new format link and it offers a method to identify and 
upload a file.
