You treat it as if you were using a single-channel photoelectric
photometer.  Take an image containing eps Aur.  Move the telescope
to where the comp star field is; get an image of it.  Go back to epa Aur.
Repeat the pattern about 5 times, and average the numbers.  It requires
a photometric sky, and short exposures or small telescope so that
you don't saturate, but it is possible.
