[Aavso-photometry] VY Aqr outburst & Alert Notice 379

Hello everyone,

This is a brief update regarding the TOADs campaign announced in
Alert Notice 379, on behalf of Dr. Steve Howell.

VY Aqr is currently in outburst, and as it is a high-amplitude, infrequent 
outburster, observations are encouraged as part of the AAVSO's general 
observing program.  It is not as well-observed in recent years, so more 
coverage would be great.

As regards AN #379, Dr. Howell was notified that Spitzer would not be able 
to swap out the instruments required for the observation, so they will not 
be able to pursue this target.

Thanks to everyone who has been following the target list given in the 
Alert Notice, it is greatly appreciated!
