[Aavso-photometry] DH Aql update

Hello everyone,

This is a brief update on the Spitzer campaign on TOADs (Alert Notice 379
and Special Notice 111).

It appears DH Aql has been confirmed as in superoutburst -- thanks to 
those observers who caught it. We've been advised that Spitzer *cannot* 
observe DH Aql at this time due to instrument requirements and sun-angle 
constraints, so Steve Howell and collaborators unfortunately have to let 
this one go.

Please continue to observe DH Aql as you normally would; however, 
intensive observations are no longer required for this particular 
campaign.
