Gianluca,
I think that some one else has responded RE Absolute
magnitudes so I will include some links for you as
well as others that have an interest in computing
their own transformation coefficients.
This HQ link will take you to two most excellent
papers and is where everyone should begin with an
interest in transformation coefficients.

Another appropriate read is a paper by Arne "THE M67
UNFILTERED PHOTOMETRY EXPERIMENT" which will aid in an
over all understanding of the topic.

You can also gather some additional information by
simply doing a AAVSO search on the term:
Transformation Coefficients. One of the best posts
was one that Arne made back in December of 2006
(Newbie Requests Guidance) but most of the posts from
2006 seem to be missing from the archives.
While I prefer the M 67 Standards field for computing
my own Transformation Coefficients NGC 7790 is a good
alternative when M67 may not be available. There are
actually a few other FOV's but I do not have the names
at my finger tips at the moment.
