[Aavso-photometry] Nova Cygni Spectrum

Anyone can say how I can send to AAVSO a Nova Cygni Spectrogram I obtained two days ago. I don't know how to send a data file at what format can be prefered by AAVSO. I obtained the spectrogram with a 12 inch SCT and SBG SGS with 30 minutes exposure. The spectrogram was at high resolution 1 A/pixel in H-alpha region and show nova signature of the star. The calibration are taken with a Neon gas lamp, from Edmund scientifics. I take a calibration star spectra for calibrate flux and a low resolution spectrogram of Nova Cygni short exposure because dawn.
