[Aavso-photometry] Scintillation noise calculator - dead link?

Wile doing some research on scintillation noise on the AAVSO website,
specifically

that Dorian Bohler's scintillation nose calculator at
http://www.skywokker.com/scintillation.htm appears to be a dead link.

However, this table/link is still live:
