I'm still hoping that some agency (AAVSO? Sternberg? Other?) will create a
single clearinghouse, a one-stop-shop of *all* event data (eclipsing binary
minima, pulsating star maxima, GRB events?, etc.). Until then...those of us
that try and do work on neglected/long forgotten eclipsers have a very
difficult time searching every conceivable source of data. I've even had
friends in Europe find old Russian and German papers in dusty libraries,
scan and send them to me. Oh, my aching head!
I know, everyone is insufficiently funded and staffed....
I'll keep beating the drum from time to time.
