This star comes from a 1928 sequence for the field.  If you
note from the VSP "photometry table", this star is shown
there (000-BBR-827) without any photometry, indicating that it was
not updated during the October 2007 compDB release.  This means
that either no new photometry was available, or that the new
photometry differed by more than 0.2mag from the label.  Your
differential calibration indicates that the star probably differs
by about 0.38 from the label, which is most likely why it has
not been updated.  We will find out when the upcoming release
takes place (soon).
