[Aavso-photometry] [AAVSO-DIS] New VSP comparison/sequence star magnitudes

along with updating some of the October release stars.

Let's all give kudos and a big thanks to all those involved in this effort.
This has required no small amount of time and effort. This is an important 
step towards improving the accuracy of all our data.
