A couple of IT related things:

 - We expect to have a batch feature available for VSP when the "freeze" occurs about a month from now. This is 
for those of you who have huge chart catalogs that you would like to update en masse. You will be able to submit 
a text file with the configuration of the charts that you want and VSP will make them in batch mode and then send 
you an e-mail when they are done. The e-mail will have a URL where you can download them.

 - Please be patient with our servers. We have rolled a new server online and are load balancing VSP between the 
two machines. This will help a lot. But if lots of people are downloading at the same time the servers may still 
get too overloaded. If that happens, you'll get an error message asking you to wait five minutes and try again. 
If anyone notices that this is happening a lot to them, I'd appreciate an e-mail.
