Papini,
Sounds like you have a nice setup.
Only comment I can make is that we usually take flats = 40% - 50% of the max ADU.... as an example,
if the maximum ADU accumulation of your chip = 60,000 ADU then your flats should typically fall between
24,000 - 30,000 ADU.... myself, I usually favor closer to 50% of the maximum ADU.... others may have differing opinions.... take them all in and make your own decision... OH, by the way, this is a good topic for a AAVSO topic search from the main page (see search box at top).

Later (may be in the afternoon or the day after) I choose the flats with the
maximum signal in the pixels greater than 10.000 ADU and less than 60.000
ADU and average them creating a master flat.
