[Aavso-photometry] HMXB update

Last night was hazy so we have a bunch of noisy spectra for LPH115 from 
DAO. Tonight isn't looking good and the forecast for the next couple of 
days isn't looking any better. So I'm sticking with LPH115 until we get 
a clean night. If you have a good long string of LPH115 observations and 
you want to kept doing HMXBs, move on to long time series for LPH123, 
127 and 128. The photometry and RV data don't have to be exactly 
simultaneous to phase the two curves.

I'll post here when we get a good night on 115 and move on to 123.
