[Aavso-photometry] N Oph 08 odd dip

Although the observations are fairly sparse, it looks like N Oph 08 
experienced a short, sharp dip over the past two days.  My V 
observations of it:

May 26.2975   10.339
May 28.2371   10.665
May 29.2335   11.395
May 31.2531   10.411

indicate that it dropped by ~0.8 magnitude and then recovered over <= 3 
days.  Other observations in the IDB are consistent with this behavior.
