Note that you can get this for yourself in the future by
going to VSX and looking at the cross-ids.  Just enter
CI Cyg in the upper left hand corner of the AAVSO home page
in the "Pick a Star" area, click the box next to VSX, and click GO.
If you then click on the top entry for CI Cyg, you will see all
of the cross-IDs.
