Hi all,
I am new to the list and thus want to introduce myself first. My name is Klaus Nuber and I live in the Rhine valley in south-west Germany. I have been interested in astronomy since I was a child. Some years ago I decided to focus on variable stars and started visual estimates. Now I own a CCD camera, an SBIG ST402ME with a BVI-C filter wheel and have taken the first reducable images of T AQR - one image for V, B and I, respectively. I use gcx (by Radu Corlan) for photometry on my Linux box. Before I send my estimates to AAVSO I would appreciate having the values crosschecked and thus seeking a volunteer to send the images to. If he agrees to a certain percentage to my values, this would give me the feeling of doing the things right.
Thank you.
Klaus Nuber, Maxdorf, Germany
