[Aavso-photometry] Entering airmass with MaximDL v5.03

I use Meade DSI Pro II. Therefore I use Meade Envisage for image
acquisition. I am not autoguiding. So, I think, at this case I will
omit submitting airmass to the AAVSO until I upgrade to a more advanced
setup.

I may be guilty of jumping to conclusions. I suspect that the ability of MaxIm V5 to calculate airmass depends on the ascom driver for your mount. I am using a Gemini goto on a Losmandy mount. MaxIm calculates airmass for this combination. That may or may not be the case for your mount.
