[Aavso-photometry] Format of downloaded data: columns 15 and 16 are switched.

When downloading data from the AAVSO database, the Cmag appears at column 16
and Kmag is at column 15. This is switched from what the format of the
downloaded data is supposed to be according to the documentation. I've
noticed that for some time now. I thought it's worth knowing for other
people who use the database.
