[Aavso-photometry] Format of downloaded data: columns 15 and 16 are switched.

Upon further review.... Arne has suggested that we keep to the format
in the documentation and fix the code. So I've done that instead. The
reason is that when we list the comp star *labels* in the format, we
list C first and K second. So we should be consistent later on when
listing the *magnitudes*. Makes sense to me!
So the documentation remained the same, and the code was fixed to
reflect the documentation. I'll put a note on the home page and in the
documentation for posterity's sake.
