Hi Brad,
There will certainly be a hardware paper regarding APASS containing the
results of the characterization; just not many of the details.  The chapter
by Berry and Burnell in AIP is very good.  However, I'll put the steps that
I go through on the APASS web page in a month or so, after my China
trip!
