[Aavso-photometry] New report format

The "old" format for submitting data had a text box for "Codes" in which we
would enter one or more of a bunch of codes (eg. B for bright skies, etc).
The new format has no such category, although it does have a "Notes"
category.  At the recent Spring Meeting in Big Bear, Arnie showed a slide of
the fields which included both the Codes and Notes fields.   Upon submitting
a report, the results feedback shows both a Codes and Notes column.  Is this
a vestigial field from the old format or will the new format include the
Codes some day?  (I kinda like the short hand of the Codes.)
