Hello everyone,

A sequence for SN 2009an has been loaded into VSP, and is now available:

http://www.aavso.org/observing/charts/vsp/index.html?pickname=SN%202009an

This type-Ia supernova should be at or not long after maximum light, and
observations are encouraged; again, this is borderline for supernovae that
we typically follow, but it is well placed for northern observers and
reasonably bright. The most recent observations show this at V=14.65 (JD
2454895.9; G. Myers, CT, USA).

The supernova is at RA: 12 22 47.47 , Dec: +65 51 04.2 (J2000). Please
submit data as "SN 2009AN".

Thanks to Tim Crawford for finding the sequence stars and assisting with
their preparation!

Clear skies,

 	Matthew
