   Here (North of France), nothing received on 23.6 kHz, but on 23.4 kHz 
is DHO38 (Burlage, Germany, 53 04 44 N - 07 36 54E). The station on 22.6 
kHz is HWU (Rosnay, France, 46 42 47 N - 01 14 45 E).
