[Aavso-sid-list] Another copy of GCN #8139

 Hi, all. I'm attaching GCN #8139 to this e-mail in PDF format so that it is in a more 
readable format. The GCN system garbled the format of the original a bit. Also, for the 
record, Dr. Fishman is Co-I of the Fermi GBM, not the Co-PI as I mentioned in my first e-mail. 
Fermi is the new name of GLAST, if you hadn't read about it yet. Background on the name change
