[Aavso-sid-list] NWC 19.8 Khz

   Hello Len !

   Although it is a extremely long path, looks like I already received NWC 
/ Harold E. Holt on 19.8 kHz today here in western Europe, beginning at 
13H45 UTC with about 5 dB above noise level, the signal is now (18H00 UTC) 
around 25 dB. There was two short breaks, may be five minutes each, at 
about 16H15 and 16H30. Could you, or anybody, confirm that ? A screen copy 
of this afternoon (13 ==> 17H30 UTC) spectrogram between 18.1 and 22.2 kHz 
is available if necessary.
