I looked at my trace of NPM and saw a significant spike that started at 0342 UT and peaked at 0346 UT, close to the burst time of the notice. Plotted the burst on Xephem and it originated from the constellation Scorpius. From my location this spike is almost two hours after sunset. I think this could be just the erratic night propagation. Although during the past week, my sunset to night patterns didn't have any voltage jumps like this progressing into the night. Maybe someone else who is monitoring may have seen something simular.

This looks like an instrumental effect to me, as the trace before
and after have the same structure, just offset from one another.
It doesn't look like anything related to a disturbance to me.
It is interesting how close to the trigger time your event took
place! However, also note that the actual trigger was
at 03:46:37.8UT, so your event took place prior to the gamma ray
trigger, and the trigger is considered unreliable by Swift and
may not be a gamma-ray burst at all.
Without confirmation from another observer, I'd chalk this one
up as "interesting" and keep observing!
Did anyone check their logs on the SGR bursts and see if you have
any SID events?
