[Aavso-sid-list] new SGR bursts

I checked my trace and see no disturbances for those new burst times listed. My traces are monitoring NPM here in Washington State. I frequently visit the GBM Magnetar Project for updates. We might let them know that their last modification date still reads 25 February.
