Time Series Analysis Incomplete

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to recieve time series analysis results, but every time I start an analysis it never finishes. The status bar will get to about 99% and then freeze.

I keep getting an error that says, "Access to the path '\634370269450643750_files.an' is denied."

What does this mean? and how can I fix it?
